Welcome to ENCLIFFE HOLIDAY FLATS,
we are situated just a few minutes walk from Blackpool North Railway Station. (See Map).
We occupy a good holiday position, close to both Blackpool Tower and the North Pier, we are also within easy walking distance away from the fabulous Golden Mile Centre, Coral Island Complex, all the shops, theatres, shows and lots of discos, clubs, pubs and late night licensed bars.
ACCOMMODATION
The six flats are all equipped with hot & cold running water, a small two ringed electric cooker, with grill & oven, a fridge, toaster, electric kettle and electric wall heater, they all come with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, duvets and bed linen. All flats have portable colour televisions, and all but flat 2, have microwave ovens.
All you are asked to provide is your own towels and toiletries.
All flats are metered for electricity. (£1 slot)
Four of our flats are en-suite, and the other two flats share a bathroom and toilet, which is lockable, and occupants USING THESE 2 FLATS are issued with a key with their room keys.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
All flats are available from 2 pm on day of arrival.
All flats MUST be vacated by 10 am on day
of departure, failure to comply will lead to
an extra charge being levied.
The Proprietors must be notified of late arrivals, as flats can be re-let after 5pm.
In the event of non-arrival, the full amount is payable, if the flat is not re-let.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellations.
The occupants will pay for all damages to the flats.
The Proprietors reserve the right to ask occupants to vacate the accommodation, if at any time, in their opinion, the behaviour of the occupant is such that the comfort or enjoyment of others is inhibited.
Only paying occupants are allowed in flats at any time.
Pets are strictly forbidden in flats.
The Proprietors are not responsible for any items, articles or valuables left in flats.
We are proud of our comfort and cleanliness, and occupants are requested to assist us by keeping flats clean and tidy, and avoiding undue noise.
